With a philosophy rooted in community service, Dr. Brandon is determined to help the surrounding community both in and out of the dental chair. A graduate of the University of Michigan, frequently recognized as the top dental school in the United States Dr. Brandon received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. That was proceeded by a Bachelor’s in Brain Development and Cognitive Neuroscience. He specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at Miami Children’s Hospital providing care to children, teens and chronic patients with specialized healthcare needs. His post-doctoral research afforded him recognition as a speaker at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatrics. That research was published in Pediatrics, a leading journal for pediatricians. His professional memberships have included Johns Hopkins All Children’s craniofacial team, Miami Children’s Hospital craniofacial team, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and The Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Larkin enjoys spending time with his wife Trisha and their son. Trisha is the Director of Pediatric Neuro-oncology at St. Josephs Children’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. Prior to that she trained at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. The couple are active in events with St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation to help raise pediatric cancer awareness.
